the revival retreat 2025

You are more than the schedules, the routines, the caretaking. Underneath it all lives a woman who dreams, feels, creates, and longs to breathe deeply again.

This retreat isn’t just a break.

It’s a return —to your wild, your truth, your self.

reconnect+ recreate

It’s easy to forget, while going about our daily lives, that we have an innate wild side. A force we can’t quite name but know that it’s there. If you’re ready to disrupt the monotony of day to day life in order to truly sit and connect with your true self, this guided retreat gives you a safe space to do just that.

DAY ONE FOCUS:

How do we connect with our highest self? Explore the essence of you, free from societal roles and expectations. Tapping into intuition, creativity, and connection to the natural world as pathways to self-discovery.

Possible Activities:

Guided Visualization: A meditative journey into the wilderness of your mind, imagining your highest self as a radiant, grounded figure thriving in a natural environment.

Creative Expression Workshop: Journaling, painting, or crafting to visually or verbally capture what your highest self looks, feels, and acts like.

Silent Nature Walk: Walking barefoot (only if you want!) or meditating in silence to allow nature to quiet the noise of daily life and awaken your inner voice.

DAY ONE TAKEAWAY: gain a clearer understanding of your highest self and tools to align with that vision.

DAY TWO FOCUS:

What gets in the way of being our authentic/highest self? Identify and break free from barriers to authenticity. Understanding the societal, emotional, and psychological obstacles that disconnect us from our true nature. Exploring limiting beliefs, fears, and external pressures.

Possible Activities:

Reflection Circle: Sharing stories in a safe, supportive group about fears, setbacks, and the "shoulds" imposed by society.

Symbolic Release Ceremony: Writing limiting beliefs on biodegradable paper and releasing them into a fire, river, or wind to symbolically let go.

Body Language Exploration: An interactive session examining how we hold tension or restrict ourselves physically as a reflection of mental barriers.

DAY TWO TAKEAWAY: feel empowered to name and confront barriers inhibiting your growth

DAY THREE FOCUS:

How can we move forward? Learn to build daily habits that nurture self-connection and growth. Recognizing the interplay between physical well-being and mental/emotional clarity. Using movement, nutrition, and self-care to deepen the connection to self.

DAY THREE TAKEAWAY: personalized tools and practices to maintain alignment with your highest self.

Possible Activities:

Nature Movement Session: Yoga, tai chi, or dance in nature to experience freedom and flow within your body.

Intuitive Eating Workshop: Exploring how mindful eating and nourishing your body with intention can foster connection to self.

Self-Care Rituals: Learning holistic practices such as herbal baths, skin care, and massage techniques to honor your body.

DAY THREE TAKEAWAY: personalized tools and practices to maintain alignment with your highest self.
